For over two year, I have had the pleasure of working with and supervising.
Jim Lawrence. In working with Jim, I soon realized that he is a highly
capable individual with a vast range of knowledge. Jim is an invaluable
asset to our Service Team, here at PeopleToGo as
he has maintained, and serviced several high-visibility customers
like Getronics in conjunction with Rexall
Drug Stores and Banctec which services clients for Galileo,
an International Travel agency Company. Additional responsibilities included
good management skills, and a great Working knowledge of network topologies.
Jim managed the roll-out of 22 stores for Rexall Drugs
which were comprised of a number of servers, stations and databases.
Jim currently services and maintains complex Galileo
networks for travel agencies across British Columbia. Jim has kept a
high level of customer service and has met every challenging SLA (Service
Level Agreement).
His technical knowledge is very impressive coupled with excellent
database skills.
Jim has excellent Interpersonal skills. He will prove to be a very
valuable asset to any organization to which he belongs. His years and
range of experience is far greater than the average systems person.
As far as I am concerned Jim Lawrence can always have a job here but if
he leaves our company, for another opportunity, I would not hesitate
to recommend him.
